How do I become a consigner?

Do my items need to be on hangers?
No, we also accept them neatly folded or in boxes.
How much money will I make?
Consigners can make up to 80% of the selling price. The selling price of all items is set by FHCB. All items go through a markdown percentage as stated in our consignment policy. Click here for our consignment policy
Will the items I consign go on sale?
All tags are subject to additional discounts based on sales, promotions, & frequent buyer discounts.
What happens to items that don't sell?
All expired items become property of FHCB and subject to donation. If you would like your items back that do not sell, please stop by the store a few days before expiration to find your items and check them out at the front counter. FHCB does not pull unsold items for consigners.
How do I know when my items expire?
All items are on the floor for 60 days from the date the are entered. If you want to pick up unsold items before they expire, stop by the store 50-55 days after drop-off to check on the status of your items.
What if I don't want to consign items and prefer to donate?
Fianna Hills Consignment Boutique is not a donation drop-off location. We are consignment only with occasional buy outright options.
Do you buy items outright?
This service is an option, please call the store to see if we are currently looking at items to buy outright.
What Non-Profit Organizations do you support?
We support several charities, but most of our donations go to Second Chances Recovery and Resale Store. Other non-profits we support include Hope Rising, Alpha International Ministries, and The Call in Crawford & Sebastian Counties.
What if my items don't meet your guidelines?
Please don't bring items that do not meet our guidelines. Consigners may be charged an additional 10-20% for bringing items that do not meet our guidelines.
What if I have brands that aren't on the list of brands you love?
There are too many brands to list! If it isn't on the list we don't take, bring it in and we'll look at it.
Do you accept formals?
Yes! We consign formals from August through May. Formals should ideally be dropped off by February 1st to get maximum exposure. All unsold formals must be picked up by the end of May or they become property of FHCB. You are responsible for seeing if your item(s) have sold.
Do you mail checks?
We do not mail checks, but you can pick up your money anytime during store hours. In the event you have a large balance available, a check may be necessary. Please give us advance notice that you are coming if a check is needed.
What happens to the items you don't accept?
Each time you drop off you get to choose whether you would like your unaccepted items donated or returned. Please note, you must inspect your items before drop-off, do not assume that because we donate items we want to see items that we clearly cannot keep. If we are looking through items that have clearly not been inspected, you will be charged an extra percentage on your consignment.
Do you accept designer-inspired or replica items?
FHCB does accept designer-inspired items, but according to intellectual property law, it is illegal for us to sell replicas. If you have any questions regarding your item(s), please don't hesitate to let us know.
How do I avoid being dropped as a consignor?
To keep your account active, consignors must consign at least twice a year.
What is your return Policy?
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please make sure you inspect and try on all items before making a purchase.
